It is unopened and in original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund if it meets the above criteria.

🔹 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product.
If confirmed damaged upon arrival, we will ship a replacement free of charge.
If a returned item arrives damaged due to shipping back to us, and it was properly packed, we will resend a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Returns that do not meet the unused, sealed, and unopened requirements may not qualify for a refund.
